Paula McMillan-Perez, MSW, LCSW – Founder/Coaching Director

Paula McMillan-Perez, LCSW is a first-generation Afro-Caribbean Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Psychotherapist, Social Work Systems & Workflow Strategist, and Host of the “Why Don’t We Talk About This?” Podcast. She was raised and currently resides in the Bronx, NY. Paula received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Mt. Saint Mary College as a dual Psychology and Human Service major. She is also a graduate of Adelphi University earning a Master of Social Work degree. In addition, also obtained certification in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). She has a diverse area of expertise serving all ages for over 10+ years. Though she has varied experience in the areas of child welfare, forensic social work, and school social work she specializes in Anxiety, ADHD, and trauma-informed care.

During her work in the many communities in New York City, she saw a gap that needed to be filled.  Creating equitable access to supportive coaching services in communities of color in founding Personalize Your Coaching, LLC (PYC.) PYC partners with emerging educators and mental health professionals. She and her team work to support growth using a mental wellness lens.

Additionally, Paula was one of several dynamic social work co-authors of the bestseller Latinx in Social Work: Stories that Heal, Inspire and Connect Communities, Vol I. She takes great pride in supporting the education and development of our next generation of social workers into one of the greatest helping professions available.

She also enjoys spending time with her husband JR and her fur baby Fonzie, traveling and participating in activities to increase equity and de-stigmatize mental health in our communities.

Inaudy Esposito, MSEd – Principal Consultant

Inaudy Esposito is an avid advocate and voice for targeted and oppressed communities. Born in Dominican Republic, Inaudy immigrated to the United States as a child and has lived in the Hudson Valley since 2003. Her expertise is in social justice, diversity and inclusion, and gender violence issues, including intimate partner violence, sexual assault, and human trafficking.

Inaudy was an English as a Second Language Instructor at SUNY Orange for over 10 years and works tirelessly on eliminating oppression, racism, sexism, homophobia, and gender inequality in her community. She has sat on numerous state and local boards, including the New York State Coalition Against Sexual Assault, the Orange County Coalition Against Domestic Violence, the Northeastern NY Coalition of Crime Victim Service Providers, Leadership Orange, the Orange County Cultural Equity Task Force, and the Newburgh Ministries. Inaudy has been recognized numerous times, including as an Orange County Woman of Achievement in 2014, honored by the Orange County Democratic Women’s Committee named a 2018 Orange County Rising Star award recipient, and a New York State Latino Rising Star by the New York State Hispanic Coalition. She is a sought-after speaker and has presented at numerous conferences, including the 2018 TEDxNewburgh, where she discussed diversity and privilege in her talk “Turning Differences into Strengths.”

Inaudy attributes much of her drive and accomplishments to her parents, and the significant influence of key women in her life. She is grateful to be able to do the work she loves, in many parts thanks to the support of her close friends and family. Above all, she is the mother of three amazing children Gabriel, Alessandra, and Javier – who are being proudly raised in a household where equity and respect for everyone are the norm, and differences are celebrated.
